Selection procedure
The steps of our selection procedure are the following:
• We get acquainted via a short phone interview
• We ask you to complete an online professional test
• You will meet the team lead via Teams meeting or in person. This is not just our opportunity to get to know you but it is also your chance to get a picture of us.
• Make a deal
After the mutual decision is made and we shake hands, we support you with our onboarding process that helps your smooth integration to our team.
